As CEO, Mike is responsible for the company’s overall strategic vision, direction, business operations and performance, while leading EchoStor’s executive team. He plays an integral role in the development of a company culture that attracts extraordinary leadership and top performers, spanning all facets of the business. Mike also has an extreme passion for customer success, and it’s these traits that have helped foster a “customer-first” culture that resonates throughout the company.
Over an 18-year career at EchoStor, Mike has held numerous roles, most recently serving as Chief Revenue Officer. As CRO, Mike was instrumental in building high-performing sales and technical teams, launching several geographic expansions, all while achieving significant revenue milestones for the company. The geographic expansions, combined with EchoStor’s rapidly growing Networking, Security, Cloud and Managed Service business units, are largely responsible for the company achieving significant revenue milestones and market share.
As Co-Founder & Chairman, Scott will chair EchoStor’s Executive Board. He will be providing guidance to EchoStor’s Executive Leadership Team on Business Partner, Technology and Channel GTM Strategies. He will accomplish this through Bi-directional Partner Advisory, Leadership Alignment and Business Planning. Scott remains active on several of EchoStor’s core Partner Advisory Boards (PAB), providing invaluable insight to the respective technology partner leadership teams.
Scott has over 25 years of industry experience, which includes 18 years as EchoStor’s Co-Founder, President and CTO, and many years at EMC Corporation, where he was a trusted Technologist. Over the years, he has helped architect, build and support some of the most innovative IT environments in the world. His passion for client success, and focus on developing Technical and Business relationships are his most valued qualities.
As President, Anthony has overall responsibility of the daily execution of the company vision, while focusing on excellence across each discipline, as well as fostering corporate culture. Anthony’s passion for organizational behavior and executive coaching supports the critically important objective of building a foundationally sound environment that supports the needs of EchoStor’s employees, customers, and partners.
Anthony has 25 years in the industry, having formally held leadership positions at technology firms and over a dozen years with EchoStor having held director, VP, and executive roles. Anthony earned a BS in Operations from Bridgewater State College and an MBA with a concentration in entrepreneurial studies from Babson College.
As Chief Revenue Officer, Mark has overall responsibility for EchoStor’s revenue generating processes, relationships and execution. Mark focuses on optimizing the company’s sales and marketing related functions, which play a pivotal role in customer success. Mark has combined an incredible network with his exceptional leadership capabilities, resulting in significant revenue growth, market share and brand recognition for the company.
Mark brings over 25 years of direct and indirect sales experience, building and leading teams who focus on bringing new and disruptive technologies to market while solving customer challenges. Mark previously served in several sales and sales management positions at Dell Technologies. Prior to joining Dell, Mark was responsible for managing North America Sales at Emulex Corporation (acquired by Broadcom). Mark also held sales positions at several start-ups earlier in his career. Mark has held several leadership positions over a 4-year career at EchoStor, most recently as EVP of Sales.
As CFO, Jeremy is responsible for leading and maintaining EchoStor’s financial structure, supporting financial growth and profitability. Jeremy is integral in the efficient execution of EchoStor’s financial objectives, while building a financial infrastructure supporting significant expansion and acquisition.
Jeremy has 25 years of experience working in finance, having spent time at top financial institutions in the greater Boston area. Over a 15 years career at EchoStor, Jeremy has held various leadership roles.
As Chief Information Officer (CIO) at EchoStor, Daniel is responsible for overseeing the company’s technical innovation and infrastructure strategy. He drives the integration of AI and automation into EchoStor’s offerings, focusing on both internal operations and client solutions. Daniel plays a critical role in maintaining EchoStor’s competitive edge by ensuring the company remains ahead of industry trends, identifying cutting-edge technologies, and aligning technical capabilities with customer needs.
With over 15 years of experience, including extensive work on the customer side, Daniel possesses deep expertise in both the technical and business aspects of IT environments. His experience includes managing complex technical ecosystems for competitive industries and providing valuable insights that help shape EchoStor’s continued success.
As Vice President of Specialty Sales and Marketing, Nick is responsible for leading EchoStor’s Specialty Sales division and aligning it with the company’s broader go-to-market strategies. Nick plays a crucial role in driving the unification of sales and marketing efforts while expanding EchoStor’s specialty pillars, including modern workplace, digital workflows, AI, and security. He works closely with key internal teams, clients, and partners to deliver impactful solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business.
Nick brings nearly 20 years of experience in the technology and channel industries. He has a proven track record of fostering growth, building strategic relationships, and expanding market presence across a wide array of enterprise and commercial clients. His expertise is central to EchoStor’s continued success and growth in the specialty sales landscape.
Ed Mullarkey, VP of Services and Operations is responsible for the customer experience. Having spent many years in customer facing roles, Ed has developed a customer centric approach to services delivery and operational support. Ed is responsible for the development and implementation of EchoStor’s unique services go to market methodology. Ed is a critical leader in the efficient execution of operational support.
Ed has over 30 years of industry experience, many of them with leading technology firms and the last 7 years at EchoStor. Ed earned a BS in Operations from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
As Vice President of Technology, Derek is responsible for the execution of EchoStor’s technical vision. Derek is intimately aware of trending industry objectives and advises customers on how to leverage best of breed technologies and operational models to transform their environments accordingly to drive business outcomes.
Derek has over 25 years of experience in the industry and has spent time at various technology leaders in customer facing and management roles including EMC and NetApp.
As Director of Marketing, Nate’s role includes ownership of all marketing channels, while playing a pivotal role in developing successful campaigns, increasing brand visibility, and supporting revenue growth.
Nate is a dynamic Marketing Director with 15 years of robust experience in the technology industry. Spending the first 9 years of his career in cybersecurity in a multitude of different roles before driving towards his goal of a career in marketing. His expertise lies in relationship building with vendors, orchestrating impactful marketing strategies, driving demand generation, and engineering hospitality events for EchoStor’s prospects and customers. Nate has held various roles over a 5+ year career at EchoStor, most recently in the Director role, transforming EchoStor’s overall brand and corporate marketing strategy.
As Sales Director, New England, Lauren is focused on driving account acquisition and revenue within EchoStor’s New England Enterprise and Acquisition Business. Lauren has a passion for partnering with clients to deliver impactful technology guidance and business outcomes. She has successfully combined her sales success with her natural leadership abilities to instill a team culture at EchoStor.
Bringing over a decade of expertise in technology sales, Lauren started her career as a high performing account executive, constantly overachieving account acquisition goals during past roles a Congruity and Pure Storage, and most recently in a leadership capacity, as Regional Sales Director at Rubrik. In joining EchoStor, she successfully developed and launched EchoStor’s Acquisition and BDR Teams, which resulted in significant growth in the company’s mid-market and commercial business.
As Director of Networking and Security, Dan is responsible for leading EchoStor’s networking and security business. Dan works closely with the sales and leadership teams to ensure the networking and security solutions portfolio and vision is being shared with EchoStor’s customer base. Dan is also responsible for developing and leading EchoStor’s internal security awareness program.
Dan has over 20 years of experience in the networking and security industries working for global technology leaders such as Cisco and VMware. Dan joined EchoStor in late 2020 to lead the networking and security business. Dan is a Cisco CCIE and also holds a master’s degree in cyber security as well as many other industry certifications. Dan and his team spend their time helping address and understand the networking and security needs of EchoStor’s customers.
As Director of Technology, Matt is responsible for the leadership of EchoStor’s engineering team providing technical guidance to sales teams and customers in New England. Matt collaborates within the EchoStor partner ecosystem and works closely with customers to address their business objectives and provide relevant insight back into the solutions portfolio.
Matt has over 15 years in the industry with impactful time at leading technology firms and over 10 years at EchoStor, with several roles in technical leadership.
As Director of Technology, Dave is responsible for the readiness of EchoStor’s engineering team providing technical support to sales and customers in the Tri-State area. Dave works closely with sales teams to ensure the solutions portfolio is being shared with EchoStor’s customer base to drive business outcomes.
Dave has 20 years of experience in the industry working at leading technology firms, as an end user and in the partner community. Dave recently joined EchoStor to lead technology efforts in the Tri-State Operation, supporting a number of EchoStor’s largest enterprise customers.
As Director of Channel and Sales Operations, Larry is responsible for engaging EchoStor’s partner ecosystem and for the operational support organization. Larry has revolutionized EchoStor’s partner and sales operations methodologies resulting in concierge level service. Larry is responsible for fostering and maintaining EchoStor’s partnerships and leveraging appropriate programs ensuring mutually beneficial operational and financial benefits.
Larry has over 20 years of experience with the majority of them in leadership in EMC Channel and Alliances. Larry recently joined EchoStor and has assumed a leadership role of the channel/operations organization.
As Director of IT Infrastructure and Operations, Jeff is responsible for EchoStor’s internal IT, including the infrastructure and applications relied upon to execute organizational objectives. Jeff has designed the internal IT strategy enabling EchoStor to operate in an efficient, flexible, and secure manner.
Jeff has over 20 years of experience in the industry with 10 years at EchoStor.
As the Manager of Sales Operations at EchoStor Technologies Jessica is responsible for supporting our Account Executives throughout the sales cycle. Jessica acts as an escalation point and leader of the sales operations team, managing the day-to-day workload as well as rolling out new processes to the team. Jessica works closely with our manufacturer and distribution partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Jessica joined EchoStor Technologies in 2021 and has 13 years of Sales Operations experience supporting Value Add Resellers and Distribution partners.
