As CEO, Mike is responsible for EchoStor’s overall strategic vision, business operations, and performance, while leading the company’s executive team. He plays an integral role in shaping the company’s M&A growth strategy and fostering a culture that attracts extraordinary leadership and top performers across all facets of the organization.

Mike’s deep passion for customer success has helped strengthen EchoStor’s “customer-first” culture, ensuring that client outcomes remain central to every aspect of the business. Over his20-year career at EchoStor, Mike has held numerous roles, most recently serving as Chief Revenue Officer. In this position, he was instrumental in building high-performing sales and technical teams, driving multiple geographic expansions, and achieving significant revenue milestones for the company.

EchoStor’s geographic expansions and M&A efforts—combined with the rapid growth of its Core Infrastructure, Security, Digital Transformation, and Services business units—have been major contributors to the company’s expanding market share and sustained success.

As Executive Chairman and Founder, Scott leads EchoStor’s Executive Board, providing strategic guidance to the Executive Leadership Team on business partnerships, technology, and channel go-to-market strategies. He accomplishes this through collaborative partner advisory, leadership alignment, and business planning. Scott remains deeply engaged with EchoStor’s core Partner Advisory Boards (PAB), offering valuable insights to technology partner leadership teams.

With over 25 years of industry experience, including 18 years as EchoStor’s Co-Founder, President, and CTO, Scott has a proven track record of innovation. During his tenure at EMC Corporation, he established himself as a trusted technologist, architecting and supporting some of the world’s most cutting-edge IT environments. His dedication to client success and commitment to fostering strong technical and business relationships remain his defining qualities.

Jeremy is a 30-year veteran of the IT industry and serves as President of EchoStor. He leads the company’s go-to-market strategy, growth initiatives, innovation efforts, and operational execution across the organization. Jeremy also plays a pivotal role in cultivating a culture that attracts, develops, and retains top industry talent.

Before joining EchoStor, Jeremy founded and led CyberNorth for more than a decade, transforming it into Northern New England’s fastest-growing and most strategic enterprise IT infrastructure provider. His leadership and vision culminated in the acquisition of CyberNorth by EchoStor in September 2025.

Throughout his career, Jeremy has earned a strong reputation for driving organizational growth and delivering complex technology solutions to many of the region’s largest and most demanding enterprises. His passion for client success continues to influence EchoStor’s employees, partners, and customers, reinforcing the company’s unwavering commitment to excellence.

As Chief Operating Officer, Anthony has overall responsibility of the daily execution of the company vision, while focusing on excellence across each discipline, as well as fostering corporate culture. Anthony’s passion for organizational behavior and executive coaching supports the critically important objective of building a foundationally sound environment that supports the needs of EchoStor’s employees, customers, and partners.

Anthony has 25 years in the industry, having formally held leadership positions at technology firms and over a dozen years with EchoStor having held director, VP, and executive roles. Anthony earned a BS in Operations from Bridgewater State College and an MBA with a concentration in entrepreneurial studies from Babson College.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Mark has overall responsibility for EchoStor’s revenue generating processes, relationships and execution. Mark focuses on optimizing the company’s sales and marketing related functions, which play a pivotal role in customer success. Mark has combined an incredible network with his exceptional leadership capabilities, resulting in significant revenue growth, market share and brand recognition for the company.

Mark brings over 25 years of direct and indirect sales experience, building and leading teams who focus on bringing new and disruptive technologies to market while solving customer challenges. Mark previously served in several sales and sales management positions at Dell Technologies. Prior to joining Dell, Mark was responsible for managing North America Sales at Emulex Corporation (acquired by Broadcom). Mark also held sales positions at several start-ups earlier in his career. Mark has held several leadership positions over a 4-year career at EchoStor, most recently as EVP of Sales.

As Chief Information Officer, Cale is responsible for leading our enterprise technology strategy, roadmap, and the development of our managed services practice.

With over 25 years of experience across pharmaceuticals, finance, manufacturing, retail, and entertainment, Cale has served as CIO, CTO, and CISO, driving enterprise IT, cybersecurity, and business systems to support global growth.

As Chief Technology Officer, Matt leads EchoStor’s engineering team, providing strategic technical guidance to sales teams and customers across New England. He collaborates extensively within EchoStor’s partner ecosystem and works closely with customers to align their business objectives with innovative technology solutions, driving impactful outcomes.

With over 15 years of industry experience and more than a decade at EchoStor in various technical leadership roles, Matt brings a wealth of expertise and a deep understanding of the technology landscape. His dedication to innovation and customer success continues to shape EchoStor’s solutions and strategy.

As Chief Innovation Officer (CINO) at EchoStor, Daniel is responsible for overseeing the company’s technical innovation and infrastructure strategy. He drives the integration of AI and automation into EchoStor’s offerings, focusing on both internal operations and client solutions. Daniel plays a critical role in maintaining EchoStor’s competitive edge by ensuring the company remains ahead of industry trends, identifying cutting-edge technologies, and aligning technical capabilities with customer needs.

With over 15 years of experience, including extensive work on the customer side, Daniel possesses deep expertise in both the technical and business aspects of IT environments. His experience includes managing complex technical ecosystems for competitive industries and providing valuable insights that help shape EchoStor’s continued success.

As Executive Vice President of Finance, Jeremy is responsible for leading and maintaining EchoStor’s financial structure, supporting financial growth and profitability. Jeremy is integral in the efficient execution of EchoStor’s financial objectives, while building a financial infrastructure supporting significant expansion and acquisition.

Jeremy has 25 years of experience working in finance, having spent time at top financial institutions in the greater Boston area. Over a 15 years career at EchoStor, Jeremy has held various leadership roles.

Ed Mullarkey, EchoStor’s Chief Customer Experience Officer (CXO), is responsible for the customer experience. Having spent many years in customer facing roles, Ed has developed a customer centric approach to services delivery and operational support. Ed is responsible for the development and implementation of EchoStor’s unique services go to market methodology. Ed is a critical leader in the efficient execution of operational support.

Ed has over 30 years of industry experience, many of them with leading technology firms and the last 7 years at EchoStor. Ed earned a BS in Operations from Wentworth Institute of Technology.

As Executive Vice President of Sales at EchoStor, Nick is focused on developing a high-performing sales organization built on a customer-first philosophy, where creating value is central to every engagement. Drawing on early-career experience as an enterprise customer, he understands the complexities organizations face when adopting and scaling new technologies. This perspective enables him to approach client partnerships with understanding and insight, helping businesses achieve meaningful outcomes through thoughtful solution design. For more than a decade, Nick has worked across the technology landscape in roles spanning IT consulting, engineering, and sales. His career has given him exposure to a wide range of technologies and industries, with a consistent focus on aligning technology investments with core business objectives.

Nick believes success is built on trust, collaboration, and long-term partnership. His approach emphasizes strong teams and lasting customer relationships, ensuring that EchoStor continues to serve as a strategic partner to leading enterprises throughout the region.

As Executive Vice President of Strategy and Communications, Nick leads EchoStor’s strategic direction across public-facing initiatives, internal go-to-market alignment, and partner alliances. Since joining EchoStor, he has played a pivotal role in accelerating growth across the Tri-State business while strengthening collaboration between sales and marketing. In his expanded role, Nick drives a focused, dynamic, and programmatic approach to EchoStor’s strategy—ensuring that every communication, campaign, and partnership supports the company’s continued innovation and success.

Sonia joins EchoStor as Vice President of Marketing,leading our vision, strategy, and go-to-market execution.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience, shehas built integrated programs that drive growth andelevate brand presence. Before joining EchoStor, sheheld senior marketing roles at Presidio and Toast, whereshe accelerated pipeline generation, enhanced customerengagement and expanded market reach.

As Vice President of Strategic Alliances, Gardner is responsible for developing and growing our strategic technology partnerships through collaboration, enablement and strategic demand generation activities.

Gardner is a seasoned channel sales leader with over 20 years of experience building, scaling, and leading high-performing teams across the technology sector. Previously at Rubrik, he led a team of 10 Channel Managers across the Eastern U.S. and Canada, driving consistent year-over-year growth, partner engagement, and innovative demand generation strategies. Prior to Rubrik, Gardner was a Partner Account Manager at Veritas Technologies, where he consistently surpassed goals.  Earlier in his career, he held key sales and account management positions at AdvizeX Technologies, PromoCentric, and Connection, where he developed expertise in enterprise IT solutions, datacenter infrastructure, and national marketing campaigns. Gardner plays a critical role in developing and growing EchoStor’s relationships across all technology alliances.

As Vice President of Sales Engineering, Dave oversees the readiness and performance of EchoStor’s engineering team, ensuring they provide exceptional technical support to sales teams and customers. He collaborates closely with the sales organization to align EchoStor’s solutions portfolio with customer needs, driving impactful business outcomes.

With 20 years of industry experience, Dave has worked with leading technology firms as both an end user and within the partner community. Since joining EchoStor, he has played a pivotal role in supporting the Tri-State operation and some of EchoStor’s largest enterprise customers. His leadership ensures that EchoStor continues to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions.

Lauren is focused on driving account acquisition and revenue within EchoStor’s New England and Upstate New York sales teams. Lauren has a passion for partnering with clients to deliver impactful technology guidance and business outcomes.  She has successfully combined her sales success with her natural leadership abilities to instill a team culture at EchoStor.

Bringing over a decade of expertise in technology sales, Lauren started her career as a high performing account executive, constantly overachieving account acquisition goals during past roles a Congruity and Pure Storage, and most recently in a leadership capacity, as Regional Sales Director at Rubrik. In joining EchoStor, she successfully developed and launched EchoStor’s Acquisition and BDR Teams, which resulted in significant growth in the company’s mid-market and commercial business.

JJ is focused helping our customers achieve their desired outcomes through coordinated Sales and Sales Engineering and Advanced Services Platform execution. He has a passion for solving complex problems that are mutually beneficial to our customers and partners alike.

With over 20 years of experience in IT Sales across both Large OEMs, Startups and the VAR Space, JJbrings a unique perspective to our clients and prospects.  He has played multiple roles in his career from Business Development at a Startup to one of the youngest Executives at IBM.  His career experience gives him the ability to problem solve complex situations and to guide and develop Echostor’s talented Salesforce.

When he isn’t helping customers, JJ enjoys spending time with his family.  He also has a passion for golf and welcomes playing both for leisure and in amateur competitions.

As Vice President of Specialty Practices, Dan Phoenix leads EchoStor’s Networking, Security, Digital Workflows, Modern Workforce, and Artificial Intelligence practices. Since joining in 2020 to launch the company’s networking practice, Dan has driven transformative growth across the specialty portfolio. He brings over 20 years of experience from Cisco and VMware, is a Cisco CCIE, holds a master’s in cybersecurity, and continues to directly lead the networking business—delivering end-to-end architectures across data center, campus, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Dan works closely with EchoStor’s sales, engineering, and leadership teams to align each specialty offering with evolving customer priorities. Whether helping clients modernize networks, strengthen cyber resilience, streamline IT workflows, or operationalize AI, Dan brings strategic insight and a sharp focus on business outcomes. He also leads EchoStor’s internal security awareness program, ensuring a strong, security-first culture across the organization.

As Vice President of AI Solutions, Derek is responsible for the execution of EchoStor’s technical vision. Derek is intimately aware of trending industry objectives and advises customers on how to leverage best of breed technologies and operational models to transform their environments accordingly to drive business outcomes.

Derek has over 25 years of experience in the industry and has spent time at various technology leaders in customer facing and management roles including EMC and NetApp.

As Director of Systems Engineering, Brian leads EchoStor’s Northeast pre-sales engineering team, supporting Enterprise and Strategic Sales pods in New England. He collaborates with EchoStor’s strategic partners and internal specialty teams to develop consultative technical selling strategies that drive business outcomes across all of EchoStor’s technology pillars.

Brian has over 20 years of experience, beginning as a co-op student from Northeastern University at EMC. After 10 years as an Implementation Specialist and Solution Architect in the Professional Services organization, he transitioned to a Pre-Sales role at EchoStor.

As Director of Managed Services Operations, Brian is responsible for the day-to-day management of EchoStor’s Managed Services practice. Brian manages service delivery, incident response, and continuous improvement across the EchoStor MSP platform. With a focus on proactive operations and process maturity; MSP ensures consistent, high-quality service for every customer.

Brian brings over 20 years of managed services experience within a variety of industries including Life Sciences, Healthcare, Higher Education and Technology.

As Director of Modern Workplace, Steve leads a team of technical experts at EchoStor focused on helping customers enhance security, simplify management, and unlock business value across the Microsoft ecosystem. The Modern Workplace specialty practice is centered around helping organizations modernize their IT environments through Microsoft 365, Azure, and synergistic third-party products. His team focuses on secure cloud transformation, identity and information governance/security, endpoint management, and collaboration—delivering advisory and implementation services that connect strategy with execution. Steve brings over 15 years of experience focused on the Microsoft ecosystem, with deep expertise in Entra ID, Intune, Purview, and Microsoft 365 migrations.

As Technical Director of Security at EchoStor Technologies, Jonathan leads the organization’s comprehensive security practice. He focuses on building strong security programs that align with modern trends, ensuring customers meet both their security and business objectives.

With over 15 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry, Jonathan has built and led security practices for multiple organizations. His approach emphasizes business impact, cross-architecture solutions, and strategic alignment rather than simply focusing on technology. This perspective has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor and thought leader among clients and peers.

As Managing Director of Services Delivery, Aaron oversees EchoStor’s Delivery Team with a focus on personnel and performance excellence. Leveraging his extensive experience and technical expertise, Aaron ensures the team continues to uphold their reputation as the best in the industry.

With over 30 years of experience in large enterprise IT, Aaron deeply understands all facets of the customer experience and what is necessary behind the scenes to be successful. As a Co-Founder of CyberNorth, he spent the last decade expanding the company across multiple technologies. His journey of building the technical aspects from the ground up equip him with invaluable knowledge for driving EchoStor forward in their continued path of growth.

As Director of IT Infrastructure and Operations, Jeff is responsible for EchoStor’s internal IT, including the infrastructure and applications relied upon to execute organizational objectives. Jeff has designed the internal IT strategy enabling EchoStor to operate in an efficient, flexible, and secure manner.

Jeff has over 20 years of experience in the industry with 10 years at EchoStor.

As Director of Channel Operations, Larry is responsible for engaging EchoStor’s partner ecosystem and for the operational support organization. Larry has revolutionized EchoStor’s partner and sales operations methodologies resulting in concierge level service. Larry is responsible for fostering and maintaining EchoStor’s partnerships and leveraging appropriate programs ensuring mutually beneficial operational and financial benefits.

Larry has over 20 years of experience with the majority of them in leadership in EMC Channel and Alliances. Larry recently joined EchoStor and has assumed a leadership role of the channel/operations organization.
