EchoStor Named a Top Place to Work in Massachusetts

EchoStor Technologies is proud to announce our recognition as one of The Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work in Massachusetts for 2025—a first-time honor that reflects our commitment to building a workplace as exceptional as the solutions we deliver.

This year, Energage surveyed more than 120,000 employees across 314 Massachusetts organizations. Only 175 companies made the final list, with employees rating their employers on leadership, values, training, benefits, and workplace culture. Being named among this select group, particularly as one of 41 newcomers, validates what our team experiences every day: EchoStor is a company where people want to build their careers.

What makes this recognition especially meaningful is the context. 2025 has been a transformative year for EchoStor. We’ve grown our revenue significantly, opened a state-of-the-art 20,000-square-foot headquarters in Norwood, earned our first appearance on the Inc. 5000, and completed our strategic acquisition of CyberNorth. We jumped 47 spots to No. 41 on CRN’s Fast Growth 150 list and earned the CRN Triple Crown Award. 

But here’s what we’re most proud of: we achieved all of this while becoming one of the best places to work in our state.
