Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Accounts Director to lead and grow our relationships with key global clients. This role will focus on driving revenue growth, fostering long-term partnerships, and delivering tailored technology solutions to meet the unique needs of our enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with a deep understanding of technology solutions, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of managing high-value global accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across global markets.

•  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders at enterprise clients.

•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technology partners (product, engineering, marketing, and support) to deliver customized technology solutions that align with client needs.

•  Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand our footprint in key verticals.

•  Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.

•  Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

•  Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics to senior leadership.

•  Mentor and guide Client Executives to foster a high-performing team culture.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

•  10+ years of experience in technology sales or account management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global accounts.

•  Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets with enterprise-level clients.

•  Deep understanding of infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, and networking

•  Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-suite executives.

•  Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.

•  Experience working in a global, cross-cultural environment.

•  Willingness to travel internationally as needed
