John Dooley co-founded EchoStor Technologies in September of 2005 and has been working in the Information Technology industry for over 25 years. He is responsible for overall corporate strategy and execution, business and financial management, manufacturer and vendor partnerships, and day-to-day operations of EchoStor’s sales and marketing teams.
Prior to EchoStor, John was co-founder of a storage integrator firm in Massachusetts and served as its Vice President of Sales and Marketing for 10 years. In addition, he was involved in corporate strategy and day-to-day business and financial management, and played a key role in several corporate acquisitions.
John serves as a Board Member on The Greg Hill Foundation, founded by WEEI radio morning show host Greg Hill. In addition, he is active in other local charitable organizations including The Women’s Foundation of Boston and The Jimmy Fund. John also serves as an Advisory Board Member of PortfolioX, a venture company that invests in emerging technologies via private market exchanges, SPVs and incubators.
John received his BA in English from Westfield State University in Westfield, Massachusetts.
As President of EchoStor Technologies, Scott leads our Technical Business Units, oversees our Go to Market Strategy and helps build teams that can execute EchoStor’s Corporate Vision.
His responsibilities include defining Corporate Strategy, Technical Leadership and Business Operations.
Scott brings 25 years of experience to EchoStor’s Executive Team. Which includes many years at EMC Corporation, where he was a trusted Technology Consultant. Over the years, he has helped build and support some of the most innovative IT environments in the world. His passion for our clients’ success and his focus on building Technical and Business relationships are his most valued qualities.
In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and 3 dogs. He is an avid sports fan who likes traveling, boating, and playing golf.
Scott holds a BS in Business/Accounting from Westfield State College.
As Chief Revenue Officer, Mike Johnson has responsibility for EchoStor’s revenue generating processes, relationships and execution. Mike plays an integral role in setting corporate strategy that enables short- and long-term growth, as well as in the development of a company culture attracting extraordinary resources all striving for excellence.
Mike has an extreme passion for customer service, traits that have set him apart as one of the more respected and successful sales professionals over a 17 year career in technology. Through an ongoing commitment to discipline and development, Mike has successfully combined his sales success with his natural leadership abilities, resulting in significant revenue milestones for the company.
Mike holds a Business Management / Marketing degree from the University of Massachusetts – Dartmouth.
As Chief Operating Officer of EchoStor Technologies, Anthony has overall responsibility for developing operational excellence, realizing EchoStor vision and fostering corporate culture. Operational excellence ensures easy to use, effective and expedient processes leveraged throughout the organization and collaboratively with customers and partners. Anthony is diligent in the balance of EchoStor’s strategic vision and tactical execution impacting company direction and growth. Culture is the foundation of EchoStor’s success supporting great employee, customer and partner experiences, at the core of the COO role Anthony promotes a culture founded in teamwork, accountability and communication, within a diverse and inclusive environment.
As Chief Financial Officer, Jeremy is responsible for overseeing the company’s finance, human resources, and purchasing functions.
Jeremy has over twenty years of experience working as a finance executive. Prior to joining EchoStor, Jeremy spent two years as a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist at Investors Bank and Trust, now State Street Corp. He also has experience working in the solar industry and working with non-profit companies.
In his free time, Jeremy loves spending time with his wife, son, and dog. Jeremy enjoys watching all the Boston sports teams, loves travelling and participating in recreational sports.
Jeremy holds a BS in accounting from UMASS-Lowell.
As Executive Vice President of Sales, Mark Baxter has responsibility for overall sales execution and for accelerating the company’s revenue growth and footprint. Mark brings over 25 years of direct and indirect sales experience, building and leading teams who focus on bringing new and disruptive technology to market while solving customer challenges. Mark previously served in several sales and sales management positions at Dell Technologies in both the commercial and enterprise segments. Prior to joining Dell, Mark was responsible for managing North America Sales at Emulex Corporation (acquired by Broadcom).
Outside of work, Mark enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family. Mark resides in Easton, MA with his wife and 2 two children.
He holds a BA degree from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst.
