Inside Sales Representative


The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in helping to build the sales pipeline by generating qualified leads for the Account Executives in all industries throughout New England. The Inside Sales Representative must possess a strong understanding of EchoStor Technologies' solutions and offerings


  • Develop and qualify leads through outbound cold-calling and lead generation campaigns
  • Work with Account Managers to manage and coordinate prospect list
  • Gather business intelligence on each qualified lead including but not limited to, specific business visions, technological challenges, timelines, budget, potential competitors, etc...
  • Educate prospects on the benefits of EchoStor's solutions and services, which can include, providing relevant literature, metrics and presentations
  • Manage and improve upon leads in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool: Salesforce
  • Determine the interest level of unqualified leads and escalate accordingly
  • Customer service including order confirmations, delivery status updates and tracking information
  • Additional duties may be assigned periodically, to meet business needs


  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts (preferably) in Marketing or Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable goals
  • Outstanding people skills with strong written and oral communication skills
  • High level of initiative, creative thinking, decision making and problem resolution skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Team player
  • Fluent in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM systems)
  • Aggressive financially driven and a self-starter
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
