John Dooley co-founded EchoStor Technologies in September of 2005, and has been working in the Information Technology industry for more than 15 years. He is responsible for the overall corporate strategy, business and financial management, manufacturer and vendor partnerships, and day-to-day operations of EchoStor’s sales and marketing teams.
Prior to EchoStor, John was co-founder of a storage integrator firm in Massachusetts, and served as its Vice President of Sales and Marketing for 10 years. In addition, he was involved in all corporate strategy and day-to-day business and financial management, and played a key role in several corporate acquisitions.
John serves as a Board Member on several charitable organizations including The Claddagh Fund, founded by Ken Casey of the Dropkick Murphys, and The Greg Hill Foundation, founded by WAAF radio morning show host Greg Hill. In addition, he is active in other children’s charitable organizations including The Franciscan Hospital for Children, Shriners Hospitals, and The Jimmy Fund.
John received his BA in English from Westfield State College in Westfield, Massachusetts.
As President and CTO of EchoStor Technologies, Scott leads our Technical Solutions teams and drives EchoStor’s Technical Vision.
His responsibilities include defining Corporate Strategy, setting Technical Direction, as well as overseeing daily Operations.
Scott brings 20 years of experience to EchoStor. Mostly from his days at EMC Corporation, where he was a very successful Technology Consultant. While at EMC, Scott truly became a Trusted Advisor to many clients and supported some of the most innovative IT environments in the world.
In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and 4 dogs. He is an avid sports fan who likes traveling and playing golf.
Scott holds a BS in Business/Accounting from Westfield State College.
Vice President of Sales
Neil DiMartinis joined EchoStor Technologies in January 2014. Neil has over 25 years’ experience in sales, sales operations, sales management, channel sales and distribution. The first 10 years of his career Neil worked in the Medical Manufacturer field selling surgical, critical care, and blood bank products to Medical Professionals throughout the Metro NY and New England area. His foray into Technology began in 1999 with EMC followed by Symantec, NetApp and EchoStor Technologies. His experience spans all vertical and channel markets across New England and Canada. Neil takes the most pride in building and managing successful teams who exhibit integrity, diligence and a passion for delivering value to their customers.
As VP of Sales, Neil is responsible for maximizing the value of the company’s brand, establishing core strategic partnerships, and developing new revenue streams for the company. His primary motivation centers around growing EchoStor’s presence throughout the northeast, cultivating long lasting customer relationships and delivering excellence in customer satisfaction.
Neil is a New England native from Braintree, MA, and graduated with a BS in Finance from the University of Virginia. In his free time Neil enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children as well as playing hockey or attending ANY New England Sporting event.
Vice President of Technical Services
As Vice President of Services for EchoStor Technologies, Anthony is responsible for the direction, development and expansion of the pre and post sales technical services team, as well as the cultivation of strategic partner relationships.
Anthony is influential in developing EchoStor’s solutions portfolio and bringing business solutions to market to EchoStor’s diverse customer base. He is driven to recruit and build the best consulting services team in the New England area. EchoStor’s team has been built with a focus on data center business solutions.
Anthony has 20 years of experience in the technology field. He spent a good portion of his professional years at EMC Corporation in both a pre-sales and post-sales capacity supporting the Northeast sales team.
In his free time, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys. Anthony loves to partake in and coach multiple sports.
Anthony holds a MBA in Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson College and BS in Operations from Bridgewater State College.
Director of Finance
Jeremy Dziadosz is Director of Finance and Controller, overseeing the company’s finance, human resources, and purchasing functions. Jeremy has served as Corporate Controller since 2005, and Director of Finance since 2010. He has twenty years of experience working as a finance executive.
Prior to joining EchoStor, Jeremy spent two years as a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist at Investors Bank and Trust, now State Street Corp. Prior to State Street, Jeremy spent nine years as a Corporate Controller at a data storage manufacturer, and also worked as a contract Corporate Controller for a multi-million dollar solar company.
Jeremy holds a BS in accounting from UMASS-Lowell.
